All garments are tracked with radio frequency (RF) chips. The chips are heat sealed into
every garment upon receipt at our plant. When picked up, the garments are scanned into
our computer system. Once washed, the garements are steam pressed and re-scanned for
sorting and delivery back to the individual account and wearer. Allow us to
